Noah Chemicals can offer payment terms to approved customers through our credit application process. New customers typically begin on prepaid terms until we establish a transaction history and credit profile. Once approved, formal payment terms can be extended based on credit review.

We accept company check, wire transfer, and major credit cards. We do not ship COD and cannot accept personal checks.

Noah Chemicals will ship your order according to any special shipping instructions provided on your purchase order. Once your PO is received, your Account Manager will pass it to our Operations Team. An Operations Representative will then issue an official Order Confirmation and begin processing your order.

If your account requires prepayment, we will also send a Proforma Invoice along with the Order Confirmation. Processing will begin once payment is received. Customers on established payment terms will move directly into order processing.

Once your order ships, your Operations Representative will provide shipment details and tracking information. If you have any questions before or after shipment, please contact the Operations Representative listed on your Order Confirmation or Assigned Account Manager.
